The Finance Department was created to implement some relevant sections of the Rivers State Public Procurement Law No 4 of 2008. It is the hub of all financial activities of the Bureau. The Finance Department performs the following functions: Treasury Management, Budgeting, Fixed Asset Management and Financial Reporting.
Imaitor holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology. He has over eight years experience in the financial services industry. Imaitor is a member of several professional organizations including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Imaitor has attended procurement courses both in Nigeria and overseas. He is the Head, Finance Department of the Rivers State Bureau on Public Procurement.
