ICT Department Overview

The Information Communication Technology (ICT) Department is a support service department within the operations of the Bureau. The ICT department develops and maintains the information technology infrastructure and supports applications.

Beyond hardware and software, we provide leadership, professional direction, expertise and assistance in the area of Information Technology and Information Systems to all departments of the Bureau and to external clients.

The department has two main units to carry out its functions:

• Infrastructure Support Unit
• Application Support Management
